Welcome back! This time I’ve decided to share my thoughts as a one-sided conversation on the topics that affect my life the most. Today, I’ve been untangling how I feel about my home country displacing me via a law that disregards my legal existence.
I was fortunate and privileged enough to leave the country long before anyone saw this coming, but moving to a foreign land has its own challenges. Especially to human connection and yet another identity crisis.
I hope this helps you empathize a bit more with my experience, and add one perspective to millions of those that are affected by policies against their identity.
